I still do reviews and posts on here but it ain’t what it used to be. As you know I mainly write reviews and edit podcasts for That Moment In. I was even asked by the owner of another site to help out with their podcast. On top of that I am working on tracks for a CD to be released in the summer. The band is called V.V.C. which stood for Vile, Violence and Chaos or Vivian, Verm and Chum. After Chum passed away last year, we found a replacement named Andrew who went by the stage name Chase the dragon. Here are a few tracks with the new line up. The audio quality is not the greatest and the 2nd song was just done on the fly in one take.
For at least 2 years we were working on tracks with Chum but ,never had the chance to play live, but to honor his memory. Vivian and I will be working on that very album with songs from those sessions which should be ready by end of April hopefully.
Here is a photo of the original Line up (Chum is the guy on the right)
And below is the new line up for V.V.C. Andrew is the guy on the left and he is a really good singer. Better than what any of us could have done before. The Crazy thing is that this pic was taken at Chum’s wedding. I do still miss the guy but am looking forward to the future.
I was also asked to be the drummer for a tribute to Hedwig and the Angry Inch. This won’t be the full play, just the songs. I have been playing certain tracks of the Soundtrack for Victory Riot for years and several original members from that group will be in this venture. I’m very excited.
On top of that, Im working on buying a home this month and with working a full time job, I don’t have much time to work on this site as much as I want to. Hell I really thought I could do one after my last when January hit, but than I was asked to help be a drummer for Vivian’s side project. So between job, finding homes, the stuff with VVC and Hedwig, I also helped out with that We only had one practice before we played and I think it went fine. Keep in mind dear readers that this was after 4 jack and cokes. We basically made this up as we go. Goodnight I will see you in sometime late March.
