Teaser Trailer for Gaspar Noe’s New Film ‘Climax’

Ever since I saw Irreversible I have been really interested in the filmmaking of Gaspar Noe.  Now to be fair, that movie highly disturbed me after watching it and I had a hard time sleeping afterwards.  If you suffer from depression you might have a hard time as well.  Than Enter The Void came out and that was like taking visual extacy and was a real mind trip.  Imagine if the last moments of Dave Bowman going through the whole wormhole in 2001: A Space Odyssey was the entire movie.  I wasn’t keen on Love or I  Stand Alone, but they are ones I would like to revisit again.   Noe’s movies are not for everyone and that is what I respect about him.  He isnt just showing you shocking things to just be shocking although some may make the argument that he is.  Anyways here is the trailer for his newest feature, Climax

I like that the trailer gives nothing away and most likely are avoiding putting anything truly graphic in it. It just looks like a night at a club party but knowing the director. I imagine some crazy things are going to happen

I’m so going to see this. It’s Gaspar and I’m happy for the fact that he’s getting some critical praise (not that he needs it) and some legit distribution for this film to be seen to a wider audience.

Really that is awesome news, Stephen. I would have love to have seen Enter The Void on the big screen. I hope I can see the full uncut version of this in theaters
