Starting this month I want to start something different and praise some great writers and sites that I enjoy reading just as much as I do reviewing movies.
This month I am proud to feature Kristen Lopez who hosts the blog Journeys in Classic Films. This Lammy nominated site is a classic movie lovers dream. In it you will find reviews and articles on a wide assortments on films. My favorites were her look back at the Disney animated classics. Kristen is an amazing writer who has a bachelor degree in English and she helps contribute to other sites such as the Cinematic Katzenjammer, The Entertainment News International, The Large Association of Movie Blogs, and CC2K Online. She has been a guest on many podcasts including As You Watch(Listen to her on The Great Gatsby episode) and now co hosts FACEcast with Nick Jobe of yourfaceisa.com. She brings to each discussion a fun and insightful opinion on a wide range of topics in the entertainment arena. Go to her site and check out the other things she has done. I would stay here and praise more of her work, but they do just stand by themselves.
